Shipping Form, Deadlines and Costs

During the year, except for special promotions, shipping costs in Spain will be FREE for orders over 50.

Our complements are made in a handmade way and very often, after receiving your order, so to the delivery time of the chosen carrier, you will have to add more or less 2 days for its elaboration.

Our shipments can be made through the following carriers, from which you can choose:

1) Express parcel service Tips@ :

European Union 18 €

Delivery time:

48 hours (plus the time of elaboration of the complement)

Only urgent shipments to the Peninsula will be made.

This service does not support cash on delivery payments.

2) Service of The postal service, as a registered letter:

(Only for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

Delivery time:

Between 2 and 5 days, depending on the city (plus the time of elaboration of the complement)

Out of the peninsula, about a week and a half.

Once the shipment is made, the client will be provided with a Tracking Number, so that he can see at all times, through the page of the chosen carrier, the status and exact date on which he will receive the order at his home.


The deadline for return is 48 hours after receiving your order. This period is due to the special characteristics of our product, in order to avoid the return of used products.

We therefore ask the user to check the content of the shipment at the time of receipt, and to inform us immediately of any incidence detected in it.

Inform us of your intention to return the product by writing to our e-mail, indicating the order reference and the reason for the return, or by contacting us by phone.

As soon as we receive the communication, we will inform you of the appropriate instructions so that you can proceed to send the returned add-on.

Very important: the product must be returned unused, in the same state in which it was sent, in its original packaging and with its corresponding labels.

Once we receive the returned add-on and check that its condition is correct, we will proceed to perform the action corresponding to the reason for the return, such as replacement by another add-on of the same characteristics or return of the money corresponding to the indicated account by bank transfer.

Depending on the reason for the return, the shipping and handling costs of the returned product may be charged to the customer. In no case, if it is by our mistake or by negligence of the carrier, the customer will be charged any shipping and handling costs.
