Payment methods

We offer you 2 ways of payment that guarantee the maximum security.

1st Payment Method: Bank Transfer Payment

You can pay by making a transfer to our bank (Banco Sabadell) for the total amount of the order, to the account number that we will indicate you once you have confirmed the order.

If you wish and it is more convenient, you can go to a Banco Sabadell branch, and make the deposit directly into the account, saving waiting times.

In observations of the transfer, or the deposit, do not forget to indicate the order number, as well as your name and surname, in order to facilitate the identification of the payment in an agile and fast way, and to be able to proceed to the shipment of your complements as soon as possible.

2nd Payment method: by credit/debit card activated in Secure E-Commerce

You can identify that you are on a secure connection because the browser address begins with https:// and not http://. In addition, a small lock will appear at the bottom of your browser indicating that the connection is secure.

In www.anacarado.es we use the CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) 3D - Secure-Server payment method, a payment system proposed by Visa International, with which the identification of the user who makes a credit card payment over the Internet is obtained.

When you make a purchase, being the Secure Electronic Commerce protocol activated (you will be able to distinguish it because you will see the distinctive Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode) the system will automatically verify that your card is activated in Secure Electronic Commerce and will ask you to authorize the operation by means of a personal authentication code.

With the CES system, not only the card data but also the secret code is validated, so that if the person trying to perform the operation does not know it, he cannot use the card, thus avoiding undesirable situations of fraud due to card theft or loss.

The data of your card are communicated directly to the bank by a secure connection, at no time Anacarado Complementos Artesanales has access to these data so they could not be stored in our database.

In Anacarado Complementos Artesanales we only receive a message from the bank indicating the validity or not of the operation.

The cards accepted by the payment gateway are VISA, MASTERCARD credit and debit cards and MAESTRO (only in Spain).

To add your cards to the Secure Electronic Commerce service, you can do it (depending on the bank you have contracted the card with) directly online, and if your bank does not have this option, by telephone.
